DID I DAMAGE MY PENIS???

gn4
about 5 months ago I noticed a "dent" on the left side of my penis and slight curve. The dented area was a little sore and the upper would feel slight pain when getting erection, not intense pain, just discomfort. I searched all over the internet and found it might be Peyronies disease. I started taking vitamin E every day and putting some directly on my penis. The embarrassing part is that I havent been with a girl in about 6 years, work and other problems that arent important killed my social life. So I guess its from masturbating. I am very worried that it will later affect my sex life, causing me to have low self esteem. It hasnt gotten worse, but it is still a little painful when getting an erection, but dont notice it as much when hard. The only thing I can think of that happened was I had "it" out through a hole in a pair of jeans and thoght some one was coming and tried to get "it" back in pants and it pressed against the hole in the jeans a little hard and kinda hurt. would something like that totally mess up my penis?? I dont really want to go to the doctor since all Ive found is that they usually just say take vitamin E and be gentle and I cant afford it. It isnt a severe bend, probably not quite 45degrees, maybe 35. I am finally getting the chance to getting my social life back, but now Im very worried that this will be a problem. I am 28 years old and in good shape. It has kept me depressed though, so please help.
