i am a 13 year old boy my nippels are getting big and when i push them they hurt is this something serious ??? please help
No, I said it's usually normal. If you have actual breast development that doesn't resolve, then the only treatment is surgery, but that would be more than what you are describing. So just relax and know it happens to lots of young guys and will probably go away. It is not serious - only cosmetic. Hormones are very complex and cause changes. Be glad you're a guy. It's all MUCH simpler.
A normal stage in male puberty, although a condition called gynecomastia can happen, but it's usually related to a medication, such as for ADD.
