Hi,
Mostly both frequent wet dreams and premature ejaculations are symptoms of an extra sensitive ejaculatory system. In allopathy, doctors prescribe the same anti anxiety drugs for both, where as in alternative medicines, they consider it as a health issue and medicines are given, which are basically supposed to improve the nervous strength. In Indian Ayurveda, foe example, ' Aswagandha' , ' Indian Asperagus' ,  Shilajit' are all considered useful in improving male sexual strength. But not much scientific study has been done about their effectiveness or their side effects.

In any case, I would advice you to first improve your  health and see what happens and get back with your feedback after that.

Hi,
Yes, you can ignore the wet dreams issues and concentrate on the macro nutrient contents in your food and exercise. As I have already mentioned, occasional masturbation will relieve sexual tension and help to reduce the frequency of wet dreams considerably.

When you said "  I have been having waist problem ", I presume, you started putting on belly fat, right ?. If you do regular exercise, belly fat would go away. Also take more fish and reduce meat intake.

Please keep us posted about the results after you change your life style.

Good luck,

Hi,
Yes, there you are, all that you need to do is to improve your health. If you are a converted vegetarian, go back to non vegetarian diet, especially fish based. Vegetarians are likely to suffer from deficiency of vitamin B12, zinc and omega3 fatty acids, which are essential for good health. Again , regular exercising and daily exposure to sun light for about 15 minutes is also important for good health. If you have any digestive issues, you should get it sorted out with your doctor. As I have already mentioned, take good protein and zinc rich food to improve your health and all your problems will go away naturally. Do not continue the anti-depressant  medication for long.

Good luck,

Hi,
Increased wet dream frequency is a common complaint with people who masturbate more often and then suddenly stop masturbation totally. The increased wet dream frequency would be an indication of an overactive ejaculatory system  and antidepressant  drugs would relax the brain and prevent it from responding to impulsive triggers. If you are healthy, all that you need to do is to reduce the masturbation  frequency on a step by step basis instead of stopping it totally one day. Normally men stop getting wet dreams once they get married.
However, if your nervous system is weak, improving the general health with proper diet and exercise would be beneficial in the long run.

Are you a vegetarian ?, and how is your general health? Do you have any other disease and health issues?

Hi,
May be you will not be able to get the benefits of stopping the masturbation if you are experiencing daily wet dreams. Since the wet dreams involve only the autonomous part of the ejaculatory muscles, I personally feel that having a controlled ejaculation through masturbation at reduced frequency like once in a week will be beneficial for you. With such reduced rate of voluntary ejaculation, I suppose that the wet dream frequency should be considerably reduced.

You can also try Kegel exercises to reduce the wet dream frequency.

Finally, if you improve your general health with balanced food intake and regular, moderate exercise, the wet dream frequency would normally reduce. If at present you are feeling  tired and weak, you could start with a protein supplement  containing vitamins and minerals like zinc, magnesium etc in a glass of milk in the morning. Zinc is an essential item for better sexual health. After you improve your health, daily take a glass of milk and a boiled egg with the break fast.

By the way, what is your age? Please get back with your feed back.

Hi Stone, OK so your getting wet dreams, there is not a lot you can do for that, it means you have a very sexy mind, you may find sometimes it wakes you up your just having sex with a women, and away it goes, that happens all in a nano second, some guys like you get it nightly, some weekly, others monthly, and so on.
Its just a part of being a man, women have to put up with periods, us men get wet dreams, which would you sooner have.
Your just going to have to live with them, if there giving you that much of a problem wear a sock round it, tied on.
Good Luck

Hi Stone, The side effects go form loss of weight, loss of muscle mass, skin problems, hair problems, eye floaters and memory loss.
Then this depends how much masturbating you doing a day, and the next problem are you doing this to porn, if so this could be shutting down your sexual receptors.
You may have also lost your nocturnal erection along with your morning woods.
So the cure is you, you are your only cure for over masturbating, if this involves porn the strong suggestion would be for you to shut down all your porn sites, clear out any porn downloads, and throw away any discs, get a friend to install and anti porn parent lock.
The next thing is to just stop masturbating and any sexual contact for 8 weeks, this is going to get your body a chance to reboot and start healing itself, by week 4 you should start getting your nocturnal erection back along with your morning woods, so when it comes to week you should be on your way back.
But there is a but, with some guys this may take longer, this will depend how long you have been over masturbating.
Do hope this helps you.
Good Luck
