Do I have a sexual problem?

Hello everybody, my problem is that I'm 20 but I still have a kid face, my facial hair is just lame, I have just a little hair on my armpits, my nipples are small, my voice sounds kind of kiddy and my body in general doesn't look manly, plus I've seen how kids just totally change the way they look and their voice in a really short time, I never felt such a drastic change on myself.

The bag of my left testicle isn't as long as the right one, I believe the testicle is smaller too, I've heard they get about the same size when sexual development is fully completed.

Everyone is unique, and unless there is something detected during a doctor's checkup, do not be concerned.  One would rather look "too young" than look "old before their time".  It goes without saying, of course, that you should exercise properly perhaps with some weight-training and aerobics as well as practice good nutrition, maintaining good overall health.

It is normal for testicles to be lower than one another or to be of different sizes.

by the way, I got an endrocrine test but the only wrong thing they found was low prolactine.
