Extra foreskin sensibility, causing a persistent discomfort

I'm 25 years old, no medical issues.

A few months ago i started to notice a discomfort on the tip of my foreskin. It is a very annoying sharp sensation, as if my foreskin is being scratched. Also, i only feel it when i'm using underwear, or when I am lying on my stomach. It is like i have an extra sensibility on my foreskin, that manifests itself when the foreskin is in touch with something. However, my foreskin, aswell as my whole penis, looks completely normal.

I already had a consultation with an urologist, who told me that my foreskin and penis is healthy and 100% functional, without any apparent issue. Even so, he prescribed me a skin fluid to eliminate any potential bacteria and mucous from the penis. I did the treatment, but it didn't have any effect.

I'm writing here in the hope that someone has any guess of how i may solve this problem. All help will be welcome. Thank you!

Have you had any trauma or injury to the area that you can remember?

Have you started using a new product (soap, cleanser, etc)? Maybe it's causing a small allergic reaction or sensitivity that is causing this? Maybe a product that you use just changed formulas? Look for "new and improved" or something on the label.

Have you injured your back, hips or any other part in the area? Maybe it's a nerve injury.

Maybe see a urologist, if that isn't who you saw the first time.
