Since last week i am feeling like headache, totally energy loss., feeling like mental I don’t know what is happening?
Since i notice i got warts on testes and sometimes i get itching on it not a pain but from yesterday the warts looks like different And the headache is still on since last week

Things like HPV or genital warts are something you see but don't have a lot of other symptoms. Other things like a herpes lesion may itch, tingle or be painful. What makes you worry you have an std? A lot of STD's are without symptoms. Syphilis can also have a sore associated with it called a chancre. The sore is usually painless and comes about 10 days to 3 months after the exposure. Best thing is to get it looked at.
