Hand job concern/heat in scrotum and anus

I have read the many postings concerning hand jobs and their potential outcomes. I regret I had a happy ending massage four days ago. Oil was used for the hand job. I did not see the masseuse's hand to see if there were any herpes sores. Following the massage I began to have sensations which have escalated the past 24 hours especially. I have a noticeable heat sensation in my left testicle with slight penis pain. I also have a heat sensation in my anus with mild itching in both the anus and penis. I see that STD's are not typically passed through a hand job, but what am I to make of my symptoms? I would very much appreciate your assistance.

The heat sensation does remind me of herpes but herpes comes with bumps on the scrotum or anus because the virus travels towards the tail bone where it hides inside nerve cells which is partly why heroes never goes away, nerve cells don’t die so the virus sits there forever. More than likely it sounds like irritation from the oil used .there are lots of different things used as lube which shouldn’t be. Drink a beer and **** the oil that could be in your urethra.

The heat feeling you describe does remind me of herpes but it is also accompanied by bumps either on the scrotum or anus. This is due to the virus making its way to the tail bone where it hides inside the nerve tissue. Partly why herpes never goes away is because those nerve cells don’t die. More than likely it’s an irritation from whatever oil was used. Lots of different fluids are used for lube which shouldn’t be used on your privates. Vice versa there are sexual lubricants that shouldn’t get in your eyes or ears. Just be cautious next time. Drink some beer and **** out any oil which could be in your urethra.
