Hi I am in regular daily routine of 4 or 5 times Masturbation.  Due to this my other official jobs halt & I feel very Depress & Sleepy. In a week time 4 times I use to do this in Night time also (12 pm to 1 or 2 am). This all happening due to porn craze to me.  Daily I think to do curb this but as I go to internet my hands automatically start doing this.   It has just become impossible for me to curb this habit.  I need your help, pls. tell me should I go to Doctor (pscologist) or tell me what should I do to curb this Habit.  I think I am becoming Impotence due to this?

Get into the habit of coming home and watching tv shows rather than jumping on the internet to watch porn. Utilize your mind by playing chess or something, something that will set a challenge in  your life and distract you from getting bored to watch porn.

the major reason for this freequent masturbutn is that, when a man with small interest in this is alone, a flow of sexual thinks comes in his mind.so the thing u need to do is that dont be alone.be in touch with friends or go to some places which gives relaxation like beach, etc.

take a bath before u sleep.
dont forget to pray also.
