Estroe, the problems you describe, for one you are not alone, there are other people who have many of the same problems. It is especially being compounded by having to learn a second language (English) with translations from your first language that do not always match up or translate correctly. English is a hard language to learn because of the different dialects and slang we have in our language. For many English speaking people, our language is difficult, so don't feel alone.
You may not be able to tell it, by my writing, but I suffer from dyslexia, yet I've overcome mine. I'm 56 years old and I'm a full-time college student working on my teaching certification and I graduate in 3 years. For one, stop punishing yourself for struggling with learning English. There are tutors out there who understand and are skilled in working with these kinds of difficulties, they also have the patience of Job when it come to working in this area. It just takes finding the right one.
As for the music in your head from what you are listening to. That all depends upon what kind of music your are listening too. Hard rock or heavy metal are not conducive for studying. You may not like classical, but your can learn to appreciate it. Quiet, mellow classical, like Mozart, relaxes the mind and helps the brain for studying and learning. It really does work. As I don't know where you are from, these are only suggestions. I know many of these have helped me. It's worth giving them a try. You can't lose for trying.
