I where can I go to find out why I have leg/foot pain?

I am at the end of my rope, I have significant leg and foot pain, so much so that I don't do much of anything anymore.

It hurts to sit, it hurts to stand, it hurts to lie down, going anywhere in a car is not pleasant at all, my feet burn and ache and when I do get to the destination getting out of the car is a nightmare, my legs are so stiff that I can't bend them to get out of the car without assistance, then there is the weakness in the legs, it takes a lot of time to stand up, and more to be able to move.

I know that my lower back is trashed, l4-l5 and s1 herniated and bulging disks, severe stenosis etc.

I have had back surgery laminectomy, disc decompression all that did was to make it next to impossible to lay on my back.

I have done countless hours of PT, I have had acupuncture, dry needling with limited results. I take oxycodone when the pain gets too bad but try to avoid it if at all possible.

I know that I have severe arthritis in my right knee, left one was replaced in 2004.

I have every stinking blood test imaginable to try to determine the cause of the leg weakness, I did take statins for a time but had to stop them due swelling in my feet and ankles.

My pain management Dr suggested that I have a spinal cord simulator implanted and I got approved for it before I lost my commercial health insurance but now I am on Medicare and the chances of getting approved again are slim and none.

I am overweight, a type 2 diabetic and have one heart attack back in 2003, I can stand without assistance for about 5 minutes and then my legs get to hurting so bad that I need to find a place to sit. I have a history of tripping and falling (feet drag) this is one of my worst nightmares because my legs being so weak make it next to impossible to get up without assistance.

I really don't know what to do, I can't see spending the next 10 years in this situation, I am a burden to my wife and family.

So, I am asking for any help advice that can be offered.

Thanks for listening to me whine.
