Is It Safe To Use Local Anesthetic For Premature Ejaculation (PE)?

Hi there,
I'm a 25years old guy. I'm suffering from PE (cant last more than a minute). A friend of mine told me about a local anesthetic called Prla. I used it and it worked very well for me. However, I have concerns that using such method could harm my health even though i had no side effects such as allergies neither my partner. What do you say about this? can i use it without worrying?

Premature ejaculation is a common problem for men, but I don't recommend having to rely on a medication for this situation.  Long term use is an unknown as far as any side effects.  I would rather you use other control methods.

thanks mate, but can you say why you wouldn't recommend using such method?
For me, I wonder about the long term use of this medication which normally is not used for PE, but is made for use as a local anesthetic.  In time, would you end up with a numb penis head or even not being able to attain an erection?  I don't know.  I would rather try other self-control methods, some of which are often mentioned on this forum by Dalubaba, for example.
