Is it likely my testicle lump is cancer?

I am 17 years old and when i was 11 or 12 i discovered a lump on top of  my left testicle about maybe the size of a pea and my testicle was swollen. there is no pain and ive never had pain from it before but my testicle is about 2 times the size of the other one and at the top it feels like theres a nub about the size of a pea or peanut. when i squeeze it it feels the same firmness as my normal testicle and i get the same pain/discomfort. i dont think its grown since then. i suspect i may have a hydrocele because it feels like there is fluid kinds surrounding my testicle. i am aware these are signs of cancer too. i have a doctors appointment for it next week but i am terrified that it is cancer and want some kind of peace so i can sleep until then.

If hasn't gotten bigger or is sore then it's not cancer.
