Itchy Mosquito Like Bites On Scrotum

I’ve been having this problem with itchiness on my scrotum and thighs. It started with my feet. I had this single bump on my left foot between my pinky toe and second toe from that. It wasn’t like a mosquito bite, it was hard, dry and itchy. After a while I started getting little reddish dots that were also itchy and then my entire toes became itchy. Near the arch of my foot there this single oval mosquito like bite with a reddish center and wasn’t hard and dry like the first bump. It started spreading to my right foot. Then my scrotum started itching, first it was 3 bumps almost similar to masquito bites. On my thighs these same little reddish spots started showing up. They were beneath the skin and I couldn’t feel a physical bump on them. Only one was large and when I scratch it the darkish skin peeled off and it look like it was a small hole but didn’t lead anywhere just a small pocket where the dry skin or whatever was. Then I got these on my buttocks. They were dark in color and I scratched one of them and the same skin like scab came off. It’s only a few and they’re pretty small, a bit smaller than mosquito bites. It’s been a few weeks now since I’ve had these and I’m not sure what they could be. I have a baby cousin who caught the HMFD and throughout her skin was reddish scabs and we’re itchy. I been to the point where I had to hold her for a little bit. Could it be that? Hands mouth foot disease? I’m getting these scabs on my skin but only like one or two near my knee and they’re really tiny but when it’s peeled off it shows my pinkish skin like it would do when peeling off dried skin after a cut or scratch.
