Itchy, flaking, bleeding and cracking anus.

Hi, I hope this is the right category. The areas around my anus have been really itchy and started flaking. And the skin starts cracking and breaking, resulting in little fissures all over that bleeds. I've been told that it is a fungal infection, so I've been applying clotrimazole for almost a month, emptying the ointment and still I see no improvements. It gets really intense at night and the itch worsens, along with the flaking and the more I scratch, the more fissures form. It's like the skin around my anus have become really thin and even the slightest scratch can result in an open wound. I'm at my wits end and feeling hopeless, someone help?

contact dermatoogist and continue with him till he selects the right medicine for you. It is a trial and error method. He can give you some antihistmine pills. No one can guarantee a cure.yes it can be mamaged by steroids, antihistamines and moisturizers. Do not ignore this problem. If there is itching in genital area on foreskin use virgin(unrefined0 coconut oil. It helped me.While scratching use rotatary  movement when itching comes from inside the body. If itching is from out side like bit or touching some sensitive material, scratch directly on the bit/wound.Take care.
