Hi,
Experienced doctors can sometimes make a quick diagnosis based on the looks and your doctor could be right.
Other possibilities are allergic reaction to any medicine, food  or a change in environment or climate. If it is due to allergic reaction, antihistamines would help. Also, during summer times, it is common to get such hives in covered areas due to heat. In this case, taking cooling food items like leamon juice and curd , staying away from heat and wearing light cotton garments etc.,will help to some extent.
In any case, following the doctor's advice is the first thing to try and consult him again if it does not go away after treatment.

I have recently noticed red spot scattered all other my back, the side of my stomach, my stomach and some new around my thigh. They itch during the morning. I work in a mechanical environment,  I wear a t shirt Nd shorts and they are visual, the spots seam to emerge in covered areas, such the once I have mentioned, I was diagnosed with scabies, but my medical doctor did not do any further exams, just my looking he said they were scabies, I don't think they are scabies as my girlfriend and her parents , who I am always around, have no signs of anything,

I wish I can load a picture because I do t seam to find any where only anything that it looks like what I have. I recently had blood work done and everything came out good except my liver was a bit larger than normal and I am placed in a diet. Overall everything else was stable. I dont have fever or feel anything else, except  the visual of these spots .
