Male Genital Dysaesthesia or Pudendal Nerve Entrapement?

Hi,
I am an active, in shape, 30 year old male in average to good health.

New to this site. Its been close to 8 months with symptoms related to Male Genital Dysesthesia and about 2 years with chronic pain that worsens with running/stretching exercises in my left groin/pelvis area.  The groin pain came from a 2600 mile hike over the course of 5 months with one major fall during said hike that resulted in a stretching/split movement,. The best diagnosis I got was a Sports hernia or a sprain of some sort, however these were not backed up by digital imaging or any tests besides physical therapy.

The pain in my groin I can deal with, it seems to get better with therapy and I can walk and hike with mild irritation.

However, the most pain comes from what could be MGD or Red scrotum syndrome. I have all the symptoms of that, including phantom burning bilaterally on my thighs, red scrotum with irritation to touch, discoloration on my penile shaft that is also irritable, pain while urination ( occasionally), as well as sharp pain in the tip of my urethra.

Ive been tested for STD's and a IGM test came back positive for herpes however it wasn't type specific and I'm almost positive ive had a cold sore in my life. I have also not had any of the physical symptoms of gential herpes however I'm not taking it off the table (even though all the doctors ive visited have said my condition is not a STD).

My treatments include:
Medication for Fungal
Medication for Bacterial
A biopsy being negative for Psoriasis, Fungal, Bacterial
Medication for Yeast
Physical Therapy for a Sports Hernia related problem
Compression Shorts (for hernia)
Diet Change for possible relationship to yeast (candida)
Treatment for contact dermatitis
Acyclovir, Gabapentin, Amitriptyline with little to no success (still working out dosage for Amitriptyline and gabapentin)
Visits to a Dermatologist, my PCP, and soon a pain management doctor, hopefully for a Nerve Block
As well as soon to be a lifestyle change ( moving to the mountains in case this is a stress related problem)
I have many questions however ill keep it to just a couple.

1. If my symptoms aren't changed by Sitting down ie. making it worse, does that mean I do not have PNE or PN?
2. If I do have PNE or PN where is a good state/doctor to diagnose/help my problem?
3. Anyone also experiencing this I would love to talk to compare what works and what doesn't for management.
4. If its MGD how long have you had it? and is there any success stories of it going away?

Thank you,
TJ

Thank you for anyone reading this, any information will be much appreciated.
Fingers crossed

TJ
