Long/tight foreskin stretching problem?

Hi, I have considerably long foreskin (making a bit of an overhang) and it is also tight (meaning it doesn't retract when erect).

I recently tried stretching the skin by pulling it back slightly, but my problem is that if I do this for a time of any more than a minute or so, the skin kind of (I'm not really sure) rolls over itself, and causes a little discomfort when pulling it out back to normal...

Could anyone have any suggestions? thanks

After Reading around I think that stretching regularly would help me as the skin isn't extremely tight... Was just wondering if there was a way to avoid the skin kind if rolling back over itself

It sounds like you might have Phimosis. This is where the foreskin is too narrow and makes retraction painful to impossible depending on the severity. Circumcision is the usual treatment for this. I don't know how you'd feel about that, but you would get a lot of relief. You might want to see a doctor to discuss options. Hope this helped! Good luck!
