If you are a middle-age or older guy, you may have experienced erectile dysfunction. I noticed that I had ED before I went to an urologist who verified that I had ED. I would have mini-erections, but not hard erections to have sex. If sex toys  cannot help you, it is Viagra to the rescue! It is amazing how Viagra helped me. I expected to see and feel the side-effects of Viagra. I did see blue lights, my sinuses got gloggy, and I had a mild case of heartburn, but nothing too severe to stop taking Viagra. I found that the pill took about 40 to 45 minutes to get me ready.
If your doctor recommends Viagra, be sure to buy Viagra from a pharmacy. Hundreds of online ads say get Viagra cheap. They are cheap because they may or may not contain Viagra.
Viagra pills cost about $10 each. There is not yet a generic for Viagra.

Don't overeat, do some outdoor activities that strengthen your heart, like football, running, swimming. You can do some research on aerobic exercises. The rule is simple: Anything good for your heart is good for your penis, that includes food, exercises, sleeping habits, sleeping posture, e.t.c.

You are only 16, interesting. I would suggest you to stop thinking about it. You are still growing. Wait until you are 19. If you are too serious then do some kegel exercises. You can google them. But seems like its more of a mental problem. Abstain from porn or any sexual activity for a while. Give yourself some rest ,young man. Don't think about it. Its not the right time to worry about such kind of things. I can understand your situation, I have been through that age. Just give your brain some rest, trust me.
