Loss of sensitivity in penis glans

I have lost a lot of sensitivity in the glans of my penis. I wonder if it relates to overuse/misuse of steroid cream a couple of years ago in an attempt to heal damaged skin. I might have caused a degree of mucosal tissue atrophy. I wonder if this also caused nerve damage. If that is the case, can the skin be regenerated/treated to return to a healthier state and can the nerve sensitivity be increased again?

When did you begin noticing the decrease in sensation?  Is this the skin or numbness of your entire penis? https://www.healthline.com/health/numb-penis  I think you need to talk to your doctor and get a testosterone level done first thing.
