Masterbating Is Controls My Life!
Hi, I'm 17, I feel I'm a "masterbate-aholic." When I'm bored, I jack off. When I'm stressed, I jack off. When I'm home alone I jack off etc. I guess because I'm a hormonal teenage boy. But Every time I tell myself I'm going to stop and not do it for a week or two I'm always tempted to just do it. Me and my friend we have like jack off sessions where we sit next to each other and jack each other off to porn. And it's like when ever a friend is feeling sexual I'm too nice and I do what they ask me. I skype them, snap them, videos and other things, but it get too addictive and I'm scared I'm going to just dedicate my life to masterbating and do it too much that it'll ruin my penis and how it erects.
Do you think the best way to not jack off is to join in stuff like sports, after school activities, exercising, or anything that'll distract myself from being tempted?
Or should I just keep doing why I do and jack off as I want to? Because I feel if my **** is hard it need to be taken care of. Cold showers don't work and walking around just makes it harder!! Please help me!! I don't want this to control my life!!

Hi have you tried cutting down , try staying off Skype , tell your friends you don't want to do it anymore , yes you are a Red Blooded Male ,you say you want to control it , please try and find a Hobby that will take your spare time up , you only get the one Penis look after it then , Please take care , Enjoy your Teens ,

Thank you so much! I've offered to babysit my sisters son after school to stay busy. And I hand out with my girl friends instead if my guy friends so I'm not tempted. I even started cooking dinner at night to stay busy.
