Dynamic tension, try looking for Charles Atlas, it sounds corney but it works all the big builders us it before going on stage to pump up there muscles, you can do a course, its like weight lifting but with out the weights, just think about it.

i meant bodybuilding....that too not like a pro ,, i just want a nice physique and nice muscles. i eat healthy food, fruits , fish , eggs etc. all i wanna know is are there any other ways of building a great body without lifting so much weights.
Do your mean lifting weights as in weight lifting the sport, or lifting weights as in bodybuilding, I cant think of a reason that bodybuilding should stunt your growth, but that you may just a small build, in that case you may find it hard to build your weight up, and weight lifting could stop you growing by the amount of weights that you lift over your head.
