Pain in testicle cord, and epididmis and at the tip of my penis plz help?

Got diagnosed for a yeast infection a few weeks back and i get a slight pain in my testicles could it be epididymitis?

I'm assuming the doc treated you for the yeast infection and you are still getting this pain?  It's possible something more is going on, so go ahead and call your doctor to let them know of the symptoms you are seeing now.
