Painful Lumpy Swollen Left Breast - Maybe related symptoms?

Hi All,

Firstly, thanks in advance for any answers.

So, here's the deal. About two weeks ago I started getting pretty sore pain around my left breast 'inside' the tissue, it radiates to my ampit across my breast bone. My right side is find, no pain, nothing strange feeling. So anyway, the pain has lessened over time, but it is constantly quite achey/tender and sore. Then it will start to hurt a lot more at random points, certain arm positions ease the pain, the less pressure around the area the better. When I feel it thoroughly, I can feel tissues of a variety like dense firm lumps that aren't very movable, then small lumps that are movable. I realise there are fatty/glandular tissues around these areas. I've searched up things like Gynecomastia etc, but I don't see many people complaining about the pain. My breast definitely more swollen than my right, but not like female looking, just definitely sore and swollen if that makes sense. There are lumps: underneath my nipple directly and either side of my nipple in the flesh, they almost feel connected but I am not sure.

I'm not sure if related, but I was getting some ball pain too, and when I felt the area it is located like 'underneath' my testical sort of behind it (practically the epididymus). These also was changing in feeling, sometimes it felt like a lump, othertimes not. The pain acompanied by light left abdominal pain.

Anyway, I've seen a GP, and last time, I was in there all of 5 minutes. His parting words were 'convince myself I am okay' and that it was anxiety because 'I seem anxious'. This is a doctor who has seen me 1 time before that.

I am panicking like hell literally terrified I might die (I am super worried), can anyone shed any light here? I am a 22 year old male, smoked for like 10 years, that's about it.

Please any advice, I don't want to be told I am fine but I really want to know or my mind runs away. I have a scheduled appt on the 30th with another doctor for a second opinion.

Many, many thanks in advance.

P.S. If some kind of diagrams could be useful then I can do that.

The possibility of breast cancer should be ruled out. Male breast cancer is uncommon, but does occur. I think you should see a surgeon who has some experience in diseases of the breast. He might recommend a biopsy. When I was in my early twenties I noticed that if I pressed my right nipple between my fingers drops of clear fluid popped out on the tip. I couldn't get any fluid out of my right nipple. The doctor told me that cancer is more likely when you notice something unusual with one breast than when you find it in both. At his urging I had my right breast removed as a precaution. I hated to lose my nipple but after while I got used to having only one.
