I would not give up exercising (biking or otherwise), however I had to temporarily stop because of what happened, yup, tried to google the medicines I was taking plus checking out some of the biking forums for some clues. Quite scared to say the least because I might have damaged a nerve or something. It does not hurt though, but is really quite unpleasant.From the bike forums, the turtling goes for like a few hours or minutes, but mine has been for like about a week.
Havent tried Jelquing though, as this is the first this has happend to me, quite contented with my p****s size. But if I did something wrong (exercise) and damaged some parts, I am willing to try it.
So ok give up the cycling, but please dont give up the rest, try to get out walking, good brsk walking is so good for us, I'm out each day with my dog, swimming is another good all round exercise.
Have you googled any of the things you take, that way you can see any side effects that may effect your p***s.
Now you could try jelqing, its an exercise that could improve your p***s size, just go to pegym, on there just find the begginners page and away you go, but dont try and rush it, just do it as they say.
