Hi,
Ok, T measurement should always be taken in the morning,  when it will be the highest. So that makes sense. Didn't the first Lab advise you to do the test in the morning?

How is your hyper thyroid now?, is it normal? Was brazil nuts taken to help the thyroid?, I understand that for healthy thyroid, both iodine and selenium is required and brazil nuts are a good source of selenium.
Your T level is definitely good, and not a source of worry.

The first test was taken at 1pm, the second at 8am.
I was hyperactive (thyroid) because I was on too high of a dose (50mcg.) Tsh was .01.

The only other thing I did in the mean time, was doing brazil nuts. I think they helped a tad.

I guess 500 is not a bad level, or at the least not the cause of symptoms...?

Hi,
Why don't you tell us what you have done to almost double your T level in a period if one month? Or does it mean the first measurement was erroneous? Did you do the measurements from the same lab or a different lab and was the blood sample taken during the same time of the day for both measurements. This is why they say, before confirming low T and starting any medication, one should test more than once.
Awaiting your response,
