Prostate massage complication?

I have chronic prostatitis, as diagnosed by my urologist. this causes me to have pain in my testicles and exacerbate my tendency to have sensations of torsion. I had a double orchiopexy when i was 16. I was advised to try prostate massage to relieve the prostatits, and that it should also help with my orchialgia(testicular pain). Ive been massaging for a good month now, and everything was great. This time however the massager went deep, it felt like. The massager looked like it was going to break through the tip of the condom. When it was inside me, I felt a "pop" sensation, and then i felt it once more. I felt uncomfortable, but there was no pain. I went to take it out, and immediately ejaculated a thick, white/gray, clump of semen. when i clenched my anus after removing the massager i ejaculated another clump. I peed, and it was warm and felt tingly, like i had actually orgasmed. But i hadnt masturbated to completion in about a week prior.

I masturbated shortly after this experience to make sure everything was working right. It seemed fine, and im urinating normally. But today i masturbated and my semen came out very clumpy and thick. I regularly take zinc supplements and always drink plenty of water. This isnt the first time ive had thick clumpy sperm, but it was surprising as there was almost no pre-ejaculate. It smelled and tasted normal, but it was just like rubber cement in my hand.

What could be the cause of this? is it possible to damage my prostate so that it stops producing fluid? do i just need to let it rest?
