Ball attcahed to Foreskin

Hello I am a 17 boy from Scotland and I am worried about my penis, more specifically there is a ball attached to my Foreskin which also seems to have a even smaller lump on it as well under the skin, the main ball is about little under 1 inch, about 2 cm also the smaller lump is about the size of a squashed pee, any ideas?

This sounds like a benign cyst of some sort due to a blocked duct. It is not going to do you any harm but get it seen to and probably removed. It may be embarrassing but go and do it.
