Red Pimples in the upper pubic hair

Hello, Im 21 years old recently i have notice that i had red little pimples in my upper pubic hairs, I am worry because im wondering what they are they dont hurt or itch. Also i dont shave at all.. I do have sexual relationship with my girlfriend which i always protect myself. I wondering what they are and what can i do so they would go away?should i be worry? please and thank you..

Then just get to a doctor, and let him/her sort you out, with some real drugs.

Well don't think is heat rash cuz they look pink they said it might be ingrown hairs because I don't shave all or trim

Hi, could be a heat rash, look dont shave but get you pubic hair cut down as low as possable, and see if you can find some Calamine lotion to put on it, its old fashioned but has worked for many years, and a lot of people swear by it.
And you could also use a beard trimmer to trim your pubic hair.
