Red dots around groin area

I noticed this morning after showering that I had red dots (resembling chichen pox except they don't appear to be blisters) around my groin area. There are probably 50 or so of them and they weren't there when I showered yesterday. I noticed tonight that there are three or four now on my penis, which weren't there this morning.

They start under my belt line and stop in my inner thighs close to groin, and expand out to my midlle my hip area. The highest concentration seem to be all around my groin where my pubic hair starts. No pain and very little to no itching. I had unprotected sex with a new partner 2 days ago, and I haven't had sex for a couple of months prior to this.

Based on the very recent sexual encounter it seems I'm having some type of reaction. Does this sound like an std?

I do have excema outbreaks from time to time. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Mainly concerned based on the location and recent sexual encounter.

eczema outbreaks can happen anywhere on the body, including the groin area. although rare, STD's can show up as early as 2-3 days but again very rare. i highly doubt its that....
