doctors found a cyst on my brain and said dont worry about it

For anybody to tell you anything, you would need to get a copy of your report and type exactly what it says about the cyst.  It may be some congenital (from birth) thing of no importance.

Did you have a MRI? have you seen a Neurologist? did they tell you what type of cyst it was?
