I have posted here before, but I feel that I must be persistent.  I am 29 years old, and have been impotent for about 2 years now.  2 years ago, I was absolutely fine.  I could have sex as many times as I wanted to.  3 times a night would be no problem.  I woke up with erections, and if I didn't have sex I would masturbate in the morning and before I went to bed.  

It is a different story now however.  No morning wood.  No libido.  If I am able to get an erection it doesn't last long.  Visual stimuli has no effect, I have to use my hand and that doesn't work very well.  When flacid, my penis is smaller now.  The skin feels different--less sensitive.  I see veins where I couldn't see any before.  When I walk around, it feels like I don't even have a penis anymore.  It feels like nothing is there.  As a result of this I have lost my girlfriend, my confidence in life, and I think I am losing my mind.  Oral drugs don't help.  

I've been to urologists at an ivy leage teaching hospital. He basically said 'that's life' and showed me penis pumps.  I really don't know why I am typing this message, as I don't think there is anything anyone can really do.  I am beyond the point of losing hope.  I quite honestly do not want to live like this anymore.  

My only questions are:
a.  Why & how did this happen?
b.  Is there any way to fix it?

Can't believe these idiot doctors and urologists can't find an answer. My penis has shrunk and curves to the left. I've lost all sensitivity in my penis and can't climax.  After years of suffering with pains all over my body and low libido my stupid idiot rheumatologist has diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. The other symtoms I have is constant dry cracked lips, complete loss of hair from shins and calves and loss of hair from eyebrows. I feel constantly exhausted, these folk in the medical profession make shed loads of money out of drugs so I doubt they are interested in finding a natural cure. I've tried horny goat weed and inside performer erection cream but no joy. Yes I can get hard with viagra but can't feel anything. To be honest I suspect I have a thyroid issue but my doctors are too lazy to identify my issues. Yes my testosterone levels were slightly low ad they put me on testosterone patches but it didn't make any difference. I did have back surgery 1994 and possibly my problems are due to nerve damage. I am 6ft tall and weigh 14 stone and I do feel over weight but just can't shift the weight. I still suffer with chronic back pain, pains in my neck and knees, pains all over.  If I go to the gym then I end up with severe pain that can last over 7 days and even a gentle jog leaves me totally drained and exhausted.  I've also developed man boobs, I suspect this is a hormone problem but again the stupid doctors can't diagnose it. I've had so many blood tests, even paid for a private endocrinoligist who even did an mri scan on my pituatry gland, he checked everything, even checked for lups but couldn't find anything wrong. I've tried supplementing with nascent iodine and I'm also taking organic coconut butter, liquid vitamin C, zinc, vit e, the most high tech vit b supplement(wsn nerve support), apple cider vinegar, probiotics, to be honest I'm too bored to type them all, the list is endless. Honestly if I didn't take all these supplements every day I wouldn't be able to function.  As mentioned I'm now taking a supplement called WSN nerve support formula. I'm hoping it will help to repair any nerve damage and hopefully restore some sensitivity in my penis.  I'm on the third week and will let you know how I get on. To be honest I feel like my life is over and really do wish I was dead. I don't live, I just exist. Good luck to everyone on here, really do hope you find a cure.

Hi I've had a varicocele since a rather young age. Over the past few years it has gotten quite large. The large veins started causing me a lot of discomfort. Recently I have noticed that my penis has gotten considerably smaller to the point of it feeling as if only the head of my penis is sticking out. I'm still waiting for the operationg for the varicocele, what I'm wondering is will my penis stay this size even after I get my surgery? I'm very depressed right now and am having a hard time in school. My varicocele is at the point where I had to start taking tylonal 3's for discomfort.
