I have a wart looking thing? Im 14

Hi Community, like 2 or 3 years ago i saw something near my balls or beside it idk and it seemed like a wart and now ive discovered one in my groin dont know if its a wart also but im scared, my mother checked and said it was nothing obviously im a virgin could it be i have hpv. Im really stressed and anxiety is reflecting in my normal life because now i cant think right because i only think about this. I was done probably like 2 years ago a blood test and a doctor made me cough while she checked my genital blood test came good i guess idk if it works like that. I also read dogs can have std so i literally went and checked his mouth cause probably he licked me and i went to the restroom and touched my genital. Well im worried about my brothers because weve been using the same towel ans sponge since little can i hurt or infect them if not wrong theyve never experiences nothing wrong. I told my mom and she got mad she said i was exagerating ans she said a good point have u ever has sex and i said no and she said well probably its something normal. To be honest i dont think its normal now everyday im checkin my genital. Ive never experienced pain, ulcers, blisters, secretions or whatever im just a kid help me please
