Swollen testicle with pain and reddish semen?
My right testicle is swollen to roughly twice the size as my left. The bottom part of my right testicle is hard and smooth... I am guessing this is where the swelling is occurring
There is pain in the right testicle and pain in the "strands" connecting to it. it is the same kind of pain you get when you get "racked".
When I ejaculate there is a reddish/brownish color to my semen (like blood).
It is painful while sitting still. Any movements or pressure, such as walking, causes it to be more painful.
The pain started around noon: I didn't notice any swelling although it is very possible there may have been some. I went to soccer mid-afternoon (I sat out of most of it because it hurt) and after that I checked and saw the swelling. I considered it was blue balls so I "jerked"-came once, this is where I noticed the reddish semen
Facts that may help-
-I am 15 years of age (16 in early Feb.)
-I am I virgin: so I don't have an STD. Also, I have not used a public toilet for at least 2 months.
-I have been taking 30mg Adderall instead of 54mg Concerta for 12 days now (for ADD). *NOTE: I will not stay at this dosage: we are increasing it to 60 mg on the 14th day.* I’m not sure if that is important but I thought I would state it anyways.
-I have not taken any other drugs (recreational or prescribed) recently other than 2 ib-profen(ibuprofen?) two days ago for sore leg muscles and 2 today for pain.
-I have taken ib-profen before and all it does it relieve pain: no side affects.
-recently (about 1-2 months ago) I thought I had a UTI because I was peeing blood at the end of emptying my bladder, accompanied by a burning pain. But I drank cranberry juice as well as more water than normal-this got rid of my "UTI". I am still not sure if I had a UTI or not.... now I am noticing a "blood"-ish smell to my urine...I am not positive it is a blood-ish smell but it’s my best guess...
-I have no history of this in my life. I’m not sure about past relatives though. If I recall correctly-my grandfather had testicular cancer.
I would rather not see a doctor for this but I am concerned.
Please answer, preferably with sources of information.

It could be because i sat on it wrong today but i doubt it would swell because of that.. I've been racked hard and it doesn't do this (just throwing that out there)

Go to A&E immediately, if there is sever pain from the trand that holds testicle then you may have testicular torsion. Im not a doctor but i have pain from 1 testicle and looked into it, it wasnt that thankfully
You need a minor operation to untwist the strand, but you need it quick
