Testicle pain into groin, no help for it!

For month and half I have had sore right testicle with  pain in groin, down leg, up lower tummy, comes and goes. My doc did exam, checked prostrate, did psa blood and other blood tests, checked for hernia etc. He thought testicle infection or the tubes going to it. tried 10 days of doxy? antibiotic, helped some but still there. then tried 10 days of Cipro which was hard on me and has given me dry eye problems! The soreness is still there. Gets worse with exercise and I love to exercise plus i am a forester and have to walk lot too. Anyone have any idea and my life quality is so bad now and scared too.
Thanks!

I have had this problem on and off since 2006.    They have never really been able to locate the source of the pain.    Mine is on the right side also.    You might want to have a testicular ultrasound done.    By doing this, they can rule out all sorts of potential problems.     You might want to wear underwear that offers a lot of support also.   Good luck to you.    If you are able to resolve your problem, I would like to know what it is.    Maybe it will be something that I have not tried.
