Hey, so...
Im 25, uncircumcised and I've had a bulging vessel on my penis on the left side for a few months and it kept getting worse until my wife and I were getting busy and I felt a sharp pain.
The vessel that was bulging is now a lot worse and you can follow it down the top of my member to the base and along the way it is firm and bumpy. Kinda like if you tie a knot in a string every half quarter inch or so. I have pain where the vessel is lost into my pelvis but nowhere else.
So, I went to a Urologist and was told it was a Lymphatic Vessel that has been thrombosed. The Urologist said to wait a few months until the problem resolves itself and if it doesn't it could be removed. The thing is he recommend a circumcision as the best way to get in an get the vessel.
I'm down for the circumcision but my questions are...
For the the vessel removal:
What exactly does the Lymph Vessel do?
Will removing the vessel have an effect on me getting an erection?
Will there be an issue in the future because I had the vessel removed?
For the circumcision:
Are there different types of circumcisions?
Should I be weary of certain methods?
I've always had issues keeping the skin back during shenanigans and honestly don't feel much of anything unless I hold it back which is not made easy by the fact that I have a tight frenulum. I am pro circumcision for myself but I was also wondering if cutting the frenulum would be a possible alternative to help keep the skin back...
I'd like to hear for peeps who have had a circumcision as an adult if possible. Do you regret it?
