URGENT! Need some HELP. TENESMUS

Okay, i have been suffering rectal pressure for over a year now, it is on and off. I went to countless doctors and they have all given me useless diagnosis. I am desperate and have no idea what to do anymore. I will wake up completely symptom free, and as the day goes by the pressure/tightness will start. and it is worst after i had a bowel movement. I HAVE NO PAIN!!!, no constipation, i pop fine, no diahrea . This is the only sympton. and it is greatly affecting my daily life as i dont feel confortable doing anything.I just wanna go back to how it was before. I did a colonoscopy a year ago and found nothing. Recently went to see a colorrectal surgeon , and he did a check in my rectum and said i was healthy and just dismissed it as stress or anxiety. The pressure and tightness is there despite me trying to be calm. There must be something wrong. I am healthy just dont feel healthy with this constant pressure. PLEASE, any well indept help will be greatly appreciated. This is life or death. Could not be IBS right? i have no other symptons. I have tried countless rectal cream with no relieve. Levator syndrome? nerve damage?
