UTI, Lower abdomen and back mild to no pain, microscopic hematuria, yellow semen

Age 30 male. one partner last 4 years. A month ago I started having pain in the right side of my lower abdomen but it was more like pulling, sometimes on the left, I can say it was mild to no pain nothing serious. I ve had bad habit after shower to sit at home wet with towel only for hours, and sometimes my lower abdomen and lower back was cold on touch.I ve done regular blood test with sedimentation, CRP and urine analysis. Everything was fine except there was blood in the urine 18-20RBC and mucus, urine was yellow, bacteria level rare. The doctor told me try cranberry tea (four days)till I was told to do ultrasound with full bladder to liver(all good), gallblader (no stones all good), kidneys(few small cysts on the outside of kidney the doctor told me its not serious, no stones), abdominal aorta (all good) and prostate (not enlarged, all good) no stones in bladder (with flat walls all good, no urine retention). I meantime I ve done urine culture (nothing in it except erythrocytes), the doctor wrote cystitis and told me to drink uva ursi tea mix for 10 days and to do another urine analysis (there was only traces of blood and 1-3RBC and mucus). In meantime the pain was almost gone but still there it was radiating around kidneys lower back, sometimes towards the genital area but it was always mild. I noticed that my semen was yellowish and the orgasm was weird like hard to get out but not that bad,still feels good. Also I noticed that my pain was going to the epydidmis sometimes but not testicles. I have sitting job up to 8-9hours and low exercise during the day, also my partner was doing check ups and she was told that she has ureaplasma urealyticum, next day i ve done spermo culture and swab for chlamydia, ureaplasma urealyticum, mycoplasma, and candida,(everything was clean no infection the swab was done 1cm deep with three different sticks), we were both prescribed azithromycin 6 pills 500mg 1 daily, yesterday i ve done with the pills and the pain fading but still there, sometimes more on the epydidimis more on the one left side now, like tenderness but no visible swelling or heat and the yellow semen is here too. Maybe the pain is also mixing up with the back pain from sitting too much i dont know.  Please someone help or give advice.

Did they do a prostate exam or imaging? What about looking for a hernia?

You need to probably see a urologist. There's something causing that amount of blood in your urine, and tea isn't going to fix that.

I would ask to be referred to a urologist, if you need referrals where you live. If not, just make an appt to see one. Do it soon.
