hi im 19 and i have had a white pimple looking thing on my penis its under the head on both left and right side I'm a type of kid that didn't really take showers everyday and would stay with the same clothes for 2 days but today i recently decided to squeeze it and more of them pop up but smaller it was right next to it i recently took a std test for the first time and I'm waiting on my results but my girlfriend did hers already and she came back clean I'm wondering what this could be it doesn't hurt or bother me
