Red tender swollen skin on foreskin

Okay so maybe 2 weeks ago I was masturbating and everything was okay but when I went to shower and pulled my skin back to clean it I felt a sting, I checked and it looked like some of my skin from my foreskin came off, not a lot but it sting like hell so I stopped masturbating for a week to let it heal, so that weekend I masturbated again and everything was fine, later on that night I was going to have sex with this girl I met on tinder but while making out and all that I felt my foreskin burning and felt super dry so I stopped made an excuse that I had to leave and when I got home I saw that the whole right side of my foreskin was irritated and or was bleeding so I panicked and I put some neosporin the next Morning I washed my penis and it was stinging and ever since then it hasn’t healed also some of my foreskin is swollen and I have some yellow stuff when I pull my foreskin back, nothing or wrong with my gland (penis head) it’s prefectly fine, no nothing on it, it’s just my damn foreskin that is swollen, irritated, burns a little. I’ve put antifungal cream for 3 days and nothing. What could it be? I know it’s not an std since I didn’t even bone the chick. Could it be that my cut got infected? PS I’m super active, I don’t have diabetes, I’m 25, other wise pretty healthy. And also I have insurance but I never chose a php so I called yesterday and chose one and now I have to wait till May 1 for it to take effect and god know when I’d be able to walk in to see him.

Hi did you masturbate often without lubricants? Does your routine sex involves wearing a condom?

With no lube, I usually never need lubricants when I masturbate and yes I use condoms.
Sounds like dry skin to me from masturbating dry (for prolonged period maybe?) Try applying gel type moisturizer like aloe vera or baby oil instead of cream/lotion. If it doesn't help then see a doctor for check up. Symptoms didnt sound like any STDs to me.
Yeah I doubt it’s an std, more like an infection, I put the anti fungle cream but it seems to irritate me, I’ve been putting Greek plan yogurt and it seems to help. It’s just frustrating me cuz I’m going on 3 weeks with this issue. I can’t see a doctor right now, I have to wait till May 1 because I never chose a doctor and I barely did it 2 days ago and I guess it takes time to go in effect. I think I might go to a free std clinic and see what they tell me.
