What is wrong with me?

Hello I am a 16 year old male, and recently have been experiencing some feelings and I completely dont know why. I like to stay busy and enjoy physical activity and work, and alot of the time while doing that for a short time ill start to feel dizzy or nauseous or get a headache. This happens usually every day atleast sometime and its worrying me, because I want to be able to do the things I enioy

For example I was leaned over cutting a piece of clothing to use as a rag, and when i got back up i felt nauseous and dizzy. This can happen even if im sitting in a chair doing something and get back up.

I dont have the best diet, i eat alot of take out and junk, and dont exercise regularly. Could this be it? I was thinking about watxhing what I eat, and starting to exercise a few times a week and see what happens from there. Im at a loss here

Please if you even have any ideas or suggestions I greatly appreciate it and thank you in advance. I want to be able to do the things I enjoy to do and I wont be able to if this goes on.

Thanks again

Besides all the good suggestions above, get your blood pressure checked.  It does sound like the high sugars and salts in your diet are your enemy.

I think you should change your eating habits. Be sure to take in some quality protein every day - skinless chicken breast, fish, for example. Also some green vegetables and fruit. Avoid or at least limit sugar. Sounds like you may be dehydrated. Drink at least 6 fluid ounces of caffeine-free fluid every day. Good luck.

Don't drink coffee without breakfast.  Also make sure your getting some natural sugars in your body.  If you start feeling dizzy or weak drink some orange juice.  Get yourself checked for hypoglycemia or diabetes.
