What wrong with me !!!!

I'm a married man with a wife and children. I'm 39 and have recently been experiencing homosexual feelings for men. I really dont want to have these feelings and it had left me suicidal at one stage to the extent that I told my wife about this. It naturally upset her however she told me that she loved me and wanted us to stay together. I really dont want to have these feelings. Is there something I can take or is there some hormonal inbalance that could be causing this ?.

Hi, Do I take that you have not had any contact with a gay man yet or are these only feelings? are you still having sex with your wife? have you thought of having therapy of some kind of sex counselling, as then you could talk this over with an expert.
Some men go through this phase, as long as you have not turned the corner then just keep having sex with your with to keep you on the straight and narrow healthy man, women sex life.

Hi,
While I am not sure, I would consider hormone imbalance as a possible reason, especially the ratio of estrogen to testosterone. Better to consult an endocrinologist and  get your complete hormone levels checked. Also check up the liver health as it can affect SHBG level which in turn can upset the ratio of estrogen to testosterone.
