Wrinkled penis head

I'm ebarrassed to say this, but I'm 13 and I have wrinkles on the head of my penis. I believe that this is from me using toilet paper to thrust into, not knowing that it would scan up and leave wrinkles. I think that's the way it just healed. I have never had any type of sex and I need someone to please help me. Is there a way of getting the wrinkles away without talking to my parents about it? Would stopping masturbation help? I honestly don't know what to do at this point, and I believe I have just messed up my future.

I am no doctor, but I think that those wrinkles in the glans won't really prejudice you. Maybe reduce your sensibility but I can't see how else it could harm you. It might take you longer to have an orgasm, but as long as you can ejaculated and continue your genetic line,i believe you are fine. About removing the scars, I don't see how, but like I said I am not a doctor, so don't trust me 100%. I hope I helped in any way

I don't know how to reply, but if you see this, thanks for answering some questions. I just really need to find out how to get rid of the wrinkles, or at least help them :/ .
The best thing you can do is really talking with your parents :/ I know it *****, I also don't want to involve mine in my private life, but you REALLY should see an urologist, just to be sure
