I'm sorry to hear that you can't see a Dr right now. It does seem to me like you tapered off your meds too fast and that's why your having the brain zaps, feeling nervous and having headaches. I wish I could tell you what to do, but I am not a Dr. Just a member here at Medhelp trying to help out. Can I ask why you decided to quit your meds, and what kind of Dr prescribed them for you? So there is no way you can see this same Dr to find out what you should do? The withdrawal will eventually stop, but it could take more time. An option would be to start it again and taper much more slowly. I am only giving my advice and you really have to ask your Dr before doing this.

Did you do the taper under a Drs care? It sounds like you may have tapered too fast if your still having some withdrawal symptoms. Talk to your Dr about what's going on. I would think after 1 and half months the withdrawal would be over, but with some of these meds it can take a long time. It took me two months to fully get over the withdrawal of one of the antidepressants I was on.
