what can I do to stop priapism ( constant all night erections)

I am 23 years old and weigh 55kg. In September 2016, i started to feel a burning sensation when urinating and pain in my abdomen. the burning sensation and pain was so severe to the extent I couldn't sit straight. I was not sexually active. what made matters worse at the time was the constant hard erections any time I went to bed either in the day/night (as long as i was unconscious the erections would come)  and i would wake up with this urgent need to pee. the other disturbing aspect was this nocturnal ejaculations - it occurred almost every night. this was terribly distressing because it made me very weak. i also couldn't eat much cause anytime i had a full rectum the pain and erections was unbearable.

I visited the hospital and the doctor gave me antibiotics (ciprofloxacin) for UTI. I took the medications, the symptoms subsided a bit . then within a few days the symptoms returned, this time the pain was from my perineum(area  between the scrotum and anus). the burning sensation in the abdomen was absent.  I return to the hospital  the doctor diagnosed me for UTI again and gave me a different antibiotic (cefuroxime) .

the symptoms returned  after a some weeks i saw another doctor, he diagnosed me UTI and gave me levoflaxin ( levo-denk) . i took it the situation didnt change much.

then january 2017 i saw another doctor who diagnosed UTI and gave me ciprofloxacin. the symptoms didnt change I saw another doctor , who diagnosed me with the same UTI and gave me cefuroxime. At this point I was beginning to lose hope in the medical practitioners because i realised they didnt know what was wrong with me . so i tried herbal medicine for about 3 months which involved herbal antibiotics with some pain relievers. but still the night erections persisted. at this point the burning sensation when urinating had substantially subsided and the sense of not completely emptying the bladder had completlely vanished. During 2017 any lab test (urine R/E) comes out fine, they dont find any thing.

last quarter of 2017 and 2018- the night erections have adversely affected my life. I realised my heart was beating abnormally (i can feel my heart beat every single moment now just by placing my hand on my chest). and when i wake up from bed after about a few hours i feel very tired and i have to go and lie down again to rest.almost everyday now when i sit or lie perfectly still i see my hands shaking especially when i refuse to lie down and rest. i dont go to work anymore now because i have to lie down about 2 to 3 times at the workplace. if i dont lie down i feel as if im losing my breadth and my heartbeat becomes so intense. nowadays when i wake up i feel some slight pain in my heart.(2018)

In april 2018,i saw another doctor who referred me to a urologist. the urologist said I had chronic prostatitis (no lab tests conducted) and performed a DRE (which was very painful). the urologist said he would give me antibiotics for at least six weeks and perform a weekly prostate massage.

I also bought a natural prostate supplement (it contains lycopene,beta-sitosterol,pumpkin seed, saw palmetto,Zn,vit E,Mg). After taking this my symtpoms of pain have been mitigated considerably. I can now eat better with little pain with a full rectum. i can also sit for longer hours now with no pain. My only problem now is the erections. I have had the DRE (prostate massage) twice now . i noticed that it was very painful when the doctor applied pressure on the prostate which sent my heart racing. I have realized that there is a close link between the prostate (or the nerves around there) and the heart. can anyone explain?

is there something that am still not doing or do i have to wait for the six weeks of antibiotics and prostate massage for the erections to end ?
