Unknown Frenulum Damage

Before i start, yes i masturbate a lot but have gone days without masturbating in order to see improvement but there has been very little. About a year ago i noticed that one side of my frenulum wasnt connected as it was before. It was like on one side the frenulum moved back since then, its slowly been thinning out and i noticed it happening on the other side so i realized that it was the paper cuts style wound on my penis. But Even when i left it for days the paper cuts healed but the frenulum stayed thin. Not too sure what to do. If anyone has had any experience dealing with this any help would greatly be appreciated thanks in advance!

Thanks I'll consider an ointment, is there a rough healing time for the paper cuts?

Never mind the "thinness" of your frenulum. That is not an issue as long as its not painful or bleeding and I would simply ignore it. On the paper cuts issue  this sounds like a balanitis and an ointment such as Fuciden H may be helpful.
