Hi Soo, So once a day is not to bad, but would be best if you can keep it to just a couple of times a week.
OK the effects of masturbating are,
Hair problems,
Weight problems,
Skin problems,
Memory problems,
Eye floaters,
Affect your nerves,
Penis shrinkage,
lose of erections during sex.
And then full blown ED, that's failure to get an erection for sex.
dose that help you.
Good Luck

Hi Soo, So your masturbating daily, so do I take it that your masturbating more than once a day, if your doing this say 3 times a day, then your heading down a slippery slope, over masturbating is a big problem.
And just in case your doing this to porn then you have an even bigger problem, and slowly heading for ED.
Can you give us some more info.
Please come back

At 21 years old you're young and your hormones are most likely very high. You're fine as long as it does'nt consume your life, which it sounds like it is'nt, you're a normal young guy with nothing to worry about.
