penis leaking

after masturbation the semen keeps dropping out very lightly  sometimes for a hole day..  plus when i watch a sexual scene even for a shrt while the semen leaks out..im very woried so pleaze answer me asap..thank u very much

The above exercise is called Kegel exercises developed by Dr. kegel . Regular practice strengthens pelvic muscles. It will help you in many ways. Female can also benefit with these exercises. In intercourse  couple can kegel each other to intensify the pleasure or even to delay the ejaculation Search the word kegel exercises. you will find many web site.
when excited if the glans becomes wet, it does not mean a seminal discharge. It is pre-come. Spelling is changed -O should be replaced by u. This is normal. If it is much more than some action should be taken.
Another hydro therapy may be tried as well. It is called Mehan snan.(penis Bath). Stretch the fore skin of the penis forward with thumb and index finger and pour water on the stretched part. you will have to pour on thumb and index finger. this should be done for 15 minutes every day till the problem persists. If you are circumsised ,you may pat perinium (muscle between penis and anus) with dripping cloth.For this you will have to adjust in a tub.These are harmless techniques but slow in results. So you will have to persist till you are ok. It will enhance your sexual power. Just try.

I think your pc (pubococcygeous) muscles aren't strong enough. Next time you go for a pee, try to stop in the mid. The muscles used to stop the flow of urine are the pc muscles. If you have difficulty stopping then your pc muscles are really too weak. Even if you could stop doesn't mean that they are strong enough. I would suggest you to exercise them. You can exercise them by simply contracting and relaxing. If you are using the right muscle , you will feel a little movement in your penis when you contract the muscels. Do the exercise for two months atleast and see if you still have a problem. I would suggest you to search more on the internet about the pc muscles and how to exercise them. Hope I helped!
