prolactin problem?

I'm a male in my mid twenties.  Years ago, I went from having a high libido to about nothing over the course of a few days.  The first thing I noticed was no morning erection after having them almost every day, and subsequently couldn't manually get one.  Libido came back some, but another year later it was dead.  About 3 years ago I saw an endocrinologist, who took blood tests and said they came back normal, and this happens frequently.  My results were testosterone 627 (range 310-1010), sex hormone binding 36 (13-71), free androgen 60 (13-71), free testosterone 130 (47-244), LH 5.9, FSH 6.2, Prolactin 13.4, Inhibin 149.

I've been researching Prolactin since I always feel I'm in the refractory period.  One website says any prolactin level over 13 in men is considered hyperprolactinemia.  I honestly think I have a pituitary tumor.  I experience headaches, brain fog, and subtle vision and balance problems.  The only other thing I noticed was my pubic hair stopped growing, my testicles have large changes in size, and had poor body hair growth.  I have some facial and arm hair that started growing, but it's very thin and never progresses.

I had my testosterone rechecked at another clinic which was 790 out of an 830 upper range.  I still don't get morning erections and most of the time my erections are weak.  There's no physical need for sex like it used to be.  I've become extra depressed about this.  I've done a 180 and become socially withdrawn and no desire/need for a girlfriend or friends.

Hi,
I agree with remar that you need to do more testing. It is unlikely that such levels of prolactin can cause you any problem.
On the hormone front, may be you should do a complete hormone check up including estrogen level, thyroid, and adrenal hormones. Other things to be checked are blood sugar and blood pressure. For your brain related complaints you may consult a neurologist, especially if hormone tests do not provide any clue.It is really unfortunate that doctors simply terminate their diagnosis with out finding a solution to the patient's problems.

It sounds like you may need even more testing. Did you talk to your Dr about your concern over the higher number of prolactin?
I would also recommend getting thyroid testing done since you're losing body hair and you have the other symptoms.
