unknown growth on penis glans

I've had this weird growth on my head of my penis, particularly on the left side of the urethral opening, and it's been there for about 6-8 years. I'm currently 21 and about to be 22, have never engaged in sexual intercourse in my life.

It's a milky colored, bulbous growth, and it's stayed at the size of a raindrop for the whole 6-8 years. I pee and ejaculate without pain, it doesn't make me bleed, there's no discharge, it doesn't bother me in anyway - it's just been coexisting with me.

I can only think that this maybe a genital wart or an STI of some sort? Mainly because when I was 16, I went over to a friend's house and we shared a penis pump and just masturbated together to porn. I don't know if he was sexually active and I never asked if he had some sort of STI, so possibly he had genital warts and it rubbed off onto me when I used the pump next?

I was wondering if anyone knew what this is and how I can get rid of it? I just think it looks aesthetically unpleasing to have this on penis head. I can provide additional information if needed.
