urge to urinate, urge to make bowel movements and easily climaxed in the bedroom....what gives!! :(

Hello,
I am a 25-year-old male, 5"9, 160 lbs
Since around November 2009 I have noticed the following issues in the bedroom. They only became more obvious when becoming sexually active.
I am unable to maintain a complete erection, it is always just less than hard which is unusual for me.
used to have excellent control of when I climax and now that is completely gone, I can reach climax in a mere minutes if I just go for gold.
I also have noticed I am not drop of a dime horny as I used to be...

outside of the bedroom:
November-June
I had the following symptoms
constant moderate to high urge to urinate but when I went I had to coerce it out of me. thin stream as well
constant low to moderate urge to make a bowel movement all day
wake up with strong lower back aches and stiff for the next 6 hours.

went to a specialist and he prescribed me a couple medications
no change to in bedroom conditions

now I urinate, it seems, within 20 minutes of drinking water. With an increased urine stream.
I have strange discomforts in my stomach region when sitting or standing. Sometimes if I press into my stomach just below where my rib cage meets I feel a sharp pain.
I make a movement every day however sometimes they are difficult to complete. I have to limit my time on the can at work so I have to make a couple trips.

When adventuring, if I jump from a height of 5 feet or higher I get a sharp and lasting pain for 15 minutes or so in what I want to say is my prostate area...

It sounds like you need to have more testing done. Go back to your Dr and tell him the meds did not help. I wish I could be of more help but I'm not sure what's going on. I'm still leaning a little towards IBS.

The pain in my ribs is right in the middle every once in a while. I usually have back pain when i drink an abundance of liquids the night before. I have had a prostate exam and the Dr said it was fine.

Where is the pain around your ribs, is it on the right side just under your ribcage? Is the pain spreading from your stomach area around to your back?
Did your Dr do a prostate exam? If not he should have because it could be enlarged or inflamed.
It sounds to me like you may have a couple of possible things going on. Gallbladder, IBS and prostate problems. I am not a Dr. Only your Dr can say for sure what's going on.
The prostate and gallbladder tests are pretty easy. IBS can be a little more difficult to diagnose.    Remar
